A considerable portion of its water reserve comes from the ancient Icelandic glaciers which are the largest in Europe and go back thousands of years. The quality of Icelandic spring water is unique both in taste and composition, having been naturally filtered through inert layers of lava rock.

The Icelandic wilderness has hardly changed since the first Viking settlers arrived more than 1,100 years ago. The island is known as a safe and untainted source of natural food products – and as custodian of the world’s most pristine and unpolluted Water Sources in the world.

The Íslind mission is to provide pristine water for markets across the globe through partnerships. Our water has an average of pH 8.5 value at the source. It is exported worldwide for commercial consumption, humanitarian aid, and pharmaceutical use.

In our Water Asset Management role, we have built a formidable track record. Our products are categorized as “spring water” and “spring water-based” due to the plant proximity to the source.

The Icelandic government and its people have enthusiastically endorsed both harvesting and exports of bulk and consumer-grade water for distribution world-wide.
